Tong (Jenny) Liu

Dr. Tong (Jenny) Liu is a Senior Principal Scientist in Global Science and Standards — Excipients at the United States Pharmacopeial (USP). She earned her Ph.D. in chemistry from Boston University and has over 20 years of experience in analytical method development and validation for pharmaceutical products. Since joining USP in 2013, she has been responsible for the development, update, and harmonization of excipient monographs and related general chapters under the workplan of Pharmacopeial Discussion Group (PDG) represented by the European Pharmacopeia, India Pharmacopeia, Japanese Pharmacopeia, and the United States Pharmacopeia.
