Mohit Gupta is Principal Scientist at Tessera Therapeutics, where he develops lipid nanoparticles and targeted delivery systems for in vivo gene editing. His work focuses on designing novel ionizable lipids, optimizing LNP formulations, and enabling extrahepatic delivery of genetic medicines. He combines expertise in formulation science, microfluidic scale-up, and nanoparticle characterisation.
